One of the oldest and most beautiful Sino Portuguese Mansions in Phuket is Chinpracha house. It is over 100 years old and was built in 1903 by Prapitak Chinpracha. Most of the furniture belonged to his ancestors from China, the fences are from Holland and the marble floors from Italy. Chinpracha House is beautifully maintained and listed as one.

Baan Chinpracha or Chinpracha house is one of the eighteen Sino-colonial mansions in Phuket and is the only one open to the public. Visitors are free to explore the ground floor, two-bedroom upstairs and the kitchen; the rest of the house is closed for visitors as people still live here.
